Legal Notice

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued by Gonmax Construction Inc. By engaging in our services, the client agrees to the terms described below.

1. Deposits

All deposits made to Gonmax Construction Inc are non-refundable after the expiration of the 3-day right of rescission, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Right of Cancellation (3-Day Rule)

Clients have the right to cancel their contract within three (3) business days of signing, in accordance with Florida law. If canceled within this period, any payments made will be refunded in full.

3. Work in Progress

Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed work. Any materials purchased or labor performed will be deducted from any applicable refund.

4. Custom Orders

Custom materials, special orders, or made-to-order items are non-refundable once purchased.

5. Financing Transactions

For financed projects, refund eligibility may be subject to the terms and conditions of the financing institution. Gonmax Construction Inc is not responsible for lender-related decisions.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds must be submitted in writing. Gonmax Construction Inc will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Project Delays

Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Permit processing

  • Material availability

  • Third-party vendors
